As part of a dynamic team, this position requires someone who has a strong understanding of the sales process and window covering technology solutions. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate sales, meet sales projection forecasts metrics, expand the elements Technology client base, and identify outside sales opportunities necessary to develop a sales pipeline.
A Window Covering Technician at Workplace elements is responsible for assisting in the installation of commercial roller shade solutions and completed in an efficient and timely manner. As an installation team member; executing and following the direction of the senior team lead and installation manager is critical to accomplishing project deliverables. It is the responsibility of the Window Covering Technician to assist with meeting project installation deadlines. The Window Covering Technician is responsible for executing the installation of assigned commercial window covering project tasks to ensure solutions are installed according to design and operable. As part of a dynamic team, this position requires someone who is willing to learn about today’s roller shade technology solutions and has the aptitude to support the installation of shading technology applications. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate good problem solving/troubleshooting skills, general experience in construction and installation of hardware, and have a willingness to take direction from other team members.
A DIRTT Project Manager at Workplace elements is responsible for simultaneously managing multiple projects from initial conception, to DIRTT order acceptance and through the project closeout and final invoice. In this role, it is critical for an Project Manager to fully understand the jobs and roles of the other team members i.e. DIRTT Designer and DIRTT install manager in order to effectively lead a project team forward. In the DIRTT network of partners across this country, this role is commonly referred to as the DIRTT Champion, which resonates with the expectation that the Project Manager or PM is a master of all things DIRTT. It is the Project Managers job to protect and grow elements project portfolio, relationships with customers and maintain profitability on projects.
A DIRTT Associate Project Manager in the Manufactured Construction Studio at Workplace elements is responsible for servicing as the primary project lead on small to medium size projects throughout the course of a DIRTT project. This includes scope review, quoting, submittals, order acceptance, through project closeout.
This position will have direct accountability for Business Development activities, revenue, and estimating that contribute to the profitability of the Manufactured Construction Studio at elements. This position will have assigned key audience contacts, vertical market segments, and be responsible for coordinating bidding opportunities for the MC studio.
This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all tasks, critical order dates, budget, invoicing, and customer satisfaction for assigned projects inside the Manufactured Construction Studio. This position assists DIRTT Project Managers in coordination, project timelines, installation schedules, contract review, payment applications, approving vendor payments and order management. Works closely with the team throughout all phases of all projects to provide timely, accurate, and professional communication internally as well as externally.
