This position performs day to day Human Resources activities by providing a broad range of support services to ensure employees, processes, programs, and policies are aligned and optimized to achieve company goals. Duties include employee engagement and coaching, HR policy implementation, hiring/onboarding of employees, managing benefit administration, processing payroll, HRIS data management, administrative support, and special projects. Responsible for having overall knowledge of all human resource functions. Conducts employee benefit meetings. Promotes and maintains the company’s mission, values, and culture.
The Payroll & Benefits Specialist acts as the technical expert related to all payroll and benefit duties. This position oversees the Company’s payroll processing and benefit administration. Duties include supporting the processing of multi-state, bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for ~4 business entities; providing audit support for payroll and benefits; performing data entry; maintaining and updating employee records; and assisting with benefit administration and leaves of absence. The Payroll & Benefits Specialist reviews submitted information, makes corrections, and responds to inquiries from internal customers. The incumbent oversees all benefit administration including but not limited to administering benefit plans and all other benefits.
The Senior Human Resources Manager supports the vision of our People and Culture team through successful business strategies, goals, and HR outcomes at the operational level. The HR Manager provides tactical advice, assists with strategic planning, and supports and challenges business leaders in all areas of diversity, equity and inclusion and human resources. They create, revise, and deploy HR policies and processes, such as recruitment, organizational design, performance management, workforce / succession planning, salary planning, employee engagement, communication, change management, talent development, and employee relations. This role is the primary back up for the VP of People and Culture.
This position is responsible for all activities related to project contract administration, including shop drawings process, response to requests for information (RFIs), field observations, reports, change orders, and pay requests. Other related activities include development and improvement of the administration process with emphasis on efficiency, quality assurance, and rapid project closeout. They must exercise effective time management and awareness of impact on the project budget and will conduct work within company standards under general supervision to meet the client’s expectations as well as elements’ standards of excellence.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for successfully delivering mid to large-scale projects from concept to completion. This senior-level position leads project teams with a commitment to technical excellence, strong client relationships, and collaboration with the team. This position will lead all project team members to ensure the work is completed within the project schedule and budget, maintain, and manage client expectations, and lead the documents throughout all phases, including the necessary design and reviews to meet the client’s expectations as well as elements’ standards of excellence.
